State Registrations

Registration status for Enlist Duo® and Enlist One® herbicides

Enlist Duo herbicide:

 

  EPA federal registration and state registration received for use on Enlist™ corn, Enlist E3® soybeans and Enlist cotton.

 

Enlist One herbicide:

 

  EPA federal registration and state registration received for use on Enlist™ corn, Enlist E3® soybeans and Enlist cotton.

 

Enlist herbicides are the only herbicides containing 2,4-D that are labeled for use in conjunction with Enlist crops.

While Enlist Duo and Enlist One herbicides are federally registered for use in the following states, the label prohibits use in the following counties in Arizona, Florida and Tennessee:

  • Arizona – Yuma, Pinal, Maricopa, Pima, La Paz and Santa Cruz. 
  • Florida– Brevard, Broward, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lee, Manatee, Martin, Miami-Dade, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Polk, Sarasota, and St. Lucie 
  • Tennessee – Wilson 

 

Remember – Enlist cotton and soybeans are also tolerant to glufosinate and glyphosate. Please work with your local field representatives to identify a weed resistance management program that includes multiple modes of action.

Enlist herbicides are not registered for sale or use in all states or counties. Contact your state pesticide regulatory agency to determine if a product is registered for sale or use in your area. Always read and follow label directions.
